NAAFI

Online Employee Handbook managed by HR Department

The project

NAAFI’s employee handbook, like most large international organisations, fills many binders when printed out, and each company location has to have a copy. So cost, time and administrative savings were the commanding factors in NAAFI’s decision to adopt our complex document system (see HQ Binder).

Quick and easy

Now, all of their employee policies, HR guidance documents and forms are managed and available through this online system. The backend allows administrators to update the content quickly and easily.

Accessible & current

The online HR Employees Handbook is accessible by all employees throughout the world, and because it’s an online system, NAAFI can naturally be sure that only the latest information is being viewed/downloaded. Any updates made to the content can immediately alert the appropriate HR contacts throughout their organisation.

Offline distribution

Sometimes people can’t connect to web, and for this reason, the whole HQ Binder interface can be exported and stored on a CD or USB Stick that loads into a browser simply (often automatically), so no-one need be without the information they require.
