Franchise software: some of the features and regular modules in more detail

Dashboard
When you or one of your franchisees first log in, you will be presented with a dashboard of summarised information. From this hub you should easily be able to action your tasks for that particular day. For example, the franchisees may see:

• activate new client accounts
• contact leads
• process orders
• send invoices
• view schedule of work
• print appointment lists

Naturally as the franchisor, you will see different information to each of your franchisees. For example:

• financial information for that month per franchisee and as a whole
• number of new customers added by each franchisee
• number of converted leads per franchisee
• orders requiring your attention

Customer Management Module
When viewing a customer's details you can have another dashboard view that summarises everything you need to know about them.

• are they up-to-date payment-wise
• when are they due a call or appointment
• how much have they spent this financial year

All contact with the client can be logged and time stamped.

Employee Management Module
Here your franchisees have the ability to manage any employees/workers/freelancers and associate them to customers.

Calendar Display
Graphical display of the day/month year (whaterver suits you) showing what work/tasks/contacts are required for any particular day/period. Easy click through and navigation to view items.

Invoicing & Payment Module
You can automatically send invoices out to customers by email (or to print) either by date or on a certain action taking place (eg. confirmation of booking/order). Payment can also be taken through the frontend website if required.

Product Ordering & Stock Module
If you supply your franchisees with stock then they can manage their stock here. They can also order new products through a regular eCommerce shop. All orders are logged and stored against them so that you can both see when levels of any particular item become low. Payment can be taken as the order is palced if required.

Enquiry Form Integration
Anyone who completes the enquiry form is automatically added as a lead to the system. If they are then converted into a customer, then it'll be logged as a conversion. Conversion statistics can then be monitored.
